Privacy policy
Last updated
This policy explains what information Arrington Paving Company, Inc. (“Arrington Paving,” “we”) collects through arringtonpaving.com and how we use it. The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
- Estimate and bid requests: your name, phone number, and anything else you add — email, company, property address, the work you need, notes, and any photos, plans or documents you upload.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, optional email, the town you live in, your experience, license or CDL class, availability, whether you’re authorized to work in the U.S., your message and any résumé you upload.
- Basic usage data: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics (for example, which pages are visited and from what kind of device). We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule work, and consider you for a job. Usage statistics help us understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. Form submissions are delivered to our office by email through a transactional email provider, and the website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These companies process the information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job applications as long as they’re useful for the request or for our normal business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us, call (540) 483-5606 or email contact@arringtonpaving.com.
Children
This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
